Coming from the village, we’ve always been passionate about the products that farmers, breeders and artisans create with care and passion. When we learned that every year thousands of these traditional professions were disappearing because of large industrial producers who make their products intensively without respect for the environment, people or animals, we knew we could no longer stand idly by.

Looking for a responsible way to consume food, all we could find were distributors and supermarkets that, far from supporting local producers, only sold products from big brands that put marketing before everything else. So we decided to change things. We started working together and from the village of Hinojales, we created a platform that would allow local producers to sell their incredible products directly.

Goure was founded on the belief that eating quality Spanish products doesn’t need to come at the expense of our local producers or the environment. Our daily routines matter, and the small changes we make together can add up to make a big difference.
