A solution born in the village, by Antonio Triano and Pedro Borrego, sons and grandsons of farmers and ranchers from Huelva.
THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL never buys food from producers at wholesale and then resells it at retail. Our value lies in:
- Create and develop an online platform where family farmers and ranchers, which we affectionately call “Artisans”, can offer and sell their products directly to the end customer.
- Implement and develop online marketing and dissemination tools to publicize the Artisans, their brand, business and products in new markets.
- Customized package preparation and shipment management directly to end customers
- Create, take care of and attend to the relationship between the Artisan and each customer who buys his food, pursuing loyalty.
Our income is in the form of commissions that come from the sale of these products through our web platform. This income from commissions will depend on the selling price that each Artisan wants to establish. On this price then add the services of THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL and VAT depending on the country of destination. The percentage of commission for the services will never exceed 20% of the net selling price of the Artisan.

In case the Artisan could not fulfill his commitment, we will reimburse you any amount you may have paid.
The Artisans (agricultural and/or livestock producers) grow and elaborate products that vary according to the year and season, whose updated offer can be consulted on the GOURE Website (property of THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL) and which may be modified at any time and without prior notice.
All the products that appear in this web are duly certified with guarantee seal, labels and traceability granted by health. And by the corresponding regulatory council in the case of PDO products.
Unless otherwise announced, THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL will coordinate and arrange shipments to the address you indicate when placing your order.
Shipments to all European countries are free of charge. However, we reserve the right to include any type of charge or surcharge depending on the weight of the product, which will be visible at all times during the purchase process.
The delivery time for orders is between 1 and 5 working days from the date the customer’s order is shipped from our facilities.
Delivery service depends on the transportation company.
THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL guarantees satisfaction with the quality of the product at all times.
The products offered through THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL are not subjected to any artificial process or go through any intermediary or stored in cold storage other than that of their producers.
For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” or the order shall be deemed to have occurred or the order to have been “delivered” at the time when you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
- FAILURE TO DELIVER
If we are unable to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to drop it off. If we are unable to find a safe place, your order will be returned to a carrier’s warehouse.
In order for you to receive your order without any inconvenience, we will send you an email when the order is picked up by the transport company and another email when the order is about to be delivered. If you are not going to be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, please contact the transport company to arrange delivery on another day.
The order will be considered cancelled (without the right to a refund of the amount paid) if any of the following circumstances occur:
- If the customer refuses acceptance without giving any reason.
- If delivery is not possible after two attempts.
If after 15 days from the date your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated.
Please note that the transportation derived from the resolution may have an additional cost, so we will be authorized to charge you the corresponding costs.
In GOURE we have two sales modalities: sale of products associated with the adoption of a producer and sale of direct boxes composed of products from the same Artisan or several Artisans.
The price of each product and information about taxes and shipping costs will be mentioned on the website when purchasing the products.
The prices of all products include VAT and shipping costs.
Prices may change at any time, but (except as set out above) any such changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already notified you of an Order Confirmation.
The adoption payment may be in the form of a single payment (one payment) or multiple payments (several payments).
You have no commitment of permanence and may cancel the adoption or renewals at any time until the Artisan begins preparing your first order.
All adoptions will automatically renew unless you decide to cancel your adoption. Payment will be made using the payment method you have saved by default. The delivery address will be made to the address you have saved by default at the time of renewal or, failing that, to the address of the last shipment of that adoption. As for the amount reserved, in case it is modifiable, the amount that was selected the previous season will be respected.
The price of adoption or renewal may vary from season to season and you will be notified by email prior to collection.
You may voluntarily cancel the adoption at any time up to the day before the producer starts preparing your order.
If during the automatic renewal process there is any payment failure with your payment method, you will be informed by email so that you can correct it. After the renewal deadline, if the payment is still pending, you will lose the adoption and will not be able to recover it.
- DIRECT CASES
The payment of any type or format of direct boxes will be made in the form of a single payment (a single payment). There is no possibility of renewing the payment or commitment of any kind of permanence.
- PAYMENT METHODS
The price of the products will be charged the instant you click pay. To do so, you must provide GOURE with a valid credit or debit card (with the MasterCard or Visa symbol). You must inform us promptly with any changes to the card details, within the order deadlines specified on the website. We do not accept any responsibility for the time it may take for the relevant banks to process your payments.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of orders and to cancel your account if you have stopped or suspended payments on the card you have provided to us. Through these Terms and Conditions you agree to compensate us in full for all reasonable costs and expenses (including legal costs) incurred in order to obtain payments not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit and/or debit card: You can pay the products purchased with credit or debit card, through the secure payment platform Redsys with all the encryption and security systems of data transfer through the SSL protocol, so the buyer will enjoy at all times the protection of these channels. THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL informs you that the Company does not have access to these bank cards and does not store your data.
- Bank transfer. You can make your payment by bank transfer to the CaixaBank account with IBAN ES202100721757520200200178984 and SWIFT: CAIXESBBXXX. Please indicate your name and surname or company name and order number in the reason for payment. Once the payment has been made, please send us a payment receipt by email to [email protected].
- SECURITY AND BUYER PROTECTION
The payments of the purchases in this Web Site https://goure.eu are made through Redsys with all the systems of encryption and security of data transfer through the SSL protocol, so the buyer will enjoy at all times the protection of these channels.
By default we will assume that you are a natural person. At the time of purchase a receipt will be issued on behalf of the Farmer with the detail of the amount of the order.
In case you are ordering on behalf of a company or legal entity, upon receipt of the order, you may request an invoice from the Farmer. Please contact us so that we can send you contact details and you can request the invoice directly from the Farmer.
Note: CrowdFarming team has no control over the taxation of the Farmers who sell you the product. We are not responsible for them to issue their invoices in a timely manner.
- RETURN POLICY
All our products are shipped perfectly packed and protected so they should arrive in optimal conditions. In the event that you detect any problem with the packaging such as bumps or breakage upon receipt of the shipment, please note this circumstance in the acknowledgment of receipt of the transport agency. If these circumstances are not stated, the return will not be possible.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Article 102 and following of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, in the event that the order comprised perishable products, you may not request the withdrawal from the contract of sale or the refund of amounts paid. You are also informed that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after delivery of certain products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
With respect to other products, you have a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products or gift cards ordered to withdraw without having to justify yourself or pay penalties, except for possible return costs, which are at your expense.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an email to [email protected].
We will inform you without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) of the receipt of such withdrawal. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the withdrawal period expires.
Until receipt of the product by the seller, you remain the owner of the returned product. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refund the price of the product without requiring its return. In such a case, title to the product for which the price has been refunded shall not pass to the seller.
- CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The products will be delivered with the seals and packaging intact in their original packaging. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the case of orders containing perishable and non-perishable products, the withdrawal clause for each type of product shall apply in the proportion that the order contains each product.
- EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The network of artisans that make up THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL elaborate in detail natural, traditional and quality products. That is why the agricultural and livestock products offered in this Web Site property of THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL are unique, being able to vary their organoleptic qualities such as color, smell, taste and appearance. None of these qualities can be a reason for any refund.
The exceptions in which the right of withdrawal does not apply are:
- Products that once started, the difference in weight is more than 10% of the total initial weight.
- Products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection if they have been unsealed by you after delivery (e.g. oil).
- Personalized products with a name of your choice unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt.
- Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly (e.g., perishable foods or products with an expiration date of less than one year).
In the event that any of our products meets any of the above mentioned assumptions, THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL will contact you to find a solution that satisfies both parties (e.g. sending a new product or granting a discount for the value of the product).

- VISIT TO THE ARTISANS
Artisans spend most of their time taking care of their crops and livestock, and making traditional products so they hardly have time to coordinate and make visits to their customers. That is why THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL is in charge of scheduling and coordinating the visits.
We recommend that you do not come to the Artisan’s premises without first obtaining written confirmation from THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL.
You will be able to visit the Artisan’s farm that you have adopted as long as:
- You inform THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL by mail to the address [email protected] and the request has been accepted by us generating an appointment.
- Its adoption remains active and in force.
THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL does not participate in the service of visits nor has any responsibility on it. THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL only intercedes as a mediator to arrange the visits according to the dates that the Artisan marks as available. However, we cannot assure you that the Artisan will be available on these dates.
- DATA PROTECTION
THE GOURMET REVOLUTION SL has adopted the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law, in accordance with the current Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999, on Personal Data Protection, and has implemented all the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the personal data of its customers and users and to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access. The security level chosen corresponds to the nature of the personal data provided. The personal data that may be collected through this website will be treated fairly and lawfully, in accordance with the principles established by Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and other implementing regulations.

- APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
If you are contracting as a consumer, for the resolution of possible disputes, the parties agree to submit, at their option, and waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the courts and tribunals of the city corresponding to the domicile of the Partner or User.
If you are contracting as a company, the parties agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Salamanca, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction if they have one.
